Our History
Over a decade ago we began our journey as a General Trading enterprise registered in Dubai that supplied top-of-the line Construction Machinery and Equipment to Real Estate Development Companies in Pakistan. Becoming the suppliers of choice to real estate giants like DHA Islamabad and Bahria Town, we grew and diversified our portfolio into Logistics and Fuel Distribution. Inside of a few years we were providing distribution services to various Petroleum Companies in Pakistan and offered logistic services to several Motorway projects and the Islamabad International Airport.
Our strong ties and expertise with real estate led us to step into the world of Marketing where we exclusively provided Pakistan-based Real estate investment opportunities to clients in Dubai. Six years on, with a strong foothold in the Real Estate Industry we naturally evolved into Land Development, Construction, Civil Engineering works and got actively involved in various Real Estate Development projects across Pakistan.
Within ten years, under the visionary guidance of our CEO Mr. Qaisar Sarwar, we have grown phenomenally and have now consolidated within the ambit of Q 3 Group of Companies. We only look forward to a bright future as we bring top-notch products and services to the people of Paksitan and UAE.
